Start with behavior

Before drawing detailed screens, identify the person, the situation, and the meaningful outcome. A product scope becomes clearer when it is written as behavior instead of a list of features.

Make uncertainty visible

Separate what the team knows from what it assumes. Prototype the riskiest assumption first, and keep everything else lightweight until that question has a useful answer.

The result is not a perfect specification. It is a focused starting point with fewer expensive surprises.
